Masterbatch (MB): The masterbatch is a concentrate of pigments and/or additives dispersed in the form of grains, with resin as a vehicle, used to color or incorporate other properties in the resin required.

The Cristal Micro Pelletized (CM) is a concentrate of pigments and/or additives in the form of grains of a smaller size (the size corresponds to approximately 1/3 of the size of a masterbatch), with a resin as vehicle, used to color or incorporate other properties in the resin required.

It is indicated for processes which use volumetric or gravimetric dosers.

Its main advantages are:

  • Greater quality in the homogenizaton of the end part;
  • Reduced product application percentage;
  • Cost reduction.

The Cristal Micro Perolated (CMP), also known as microsphere, is a concentrate of pigments and/or additives encapsulated in a universal vehicle.

It is indicated for processes which use volumetric or gravimetric dosers.

Its main advantages are:

  • Greater quality in the homogenizaton of the end part;
  • Reduced product application percentage;
  • It can be applied in more varied types of resin;
  • Cost reduction.

Cristal Color Blend, is a concentrate of pigments and/or additives dispersed in the form of powder. Much used in PVC extrusion processes, the product grants the effect required in low applications.

The Salt and Pepper (SP) is a concentrate of pigments and/or additives in the form of grains, with a resin as vehicle and the resin. Indicated for cases which have difficulties in homogenization in the transformation process, usually engineering plastics, eliminating problems such as flow lines or stains on parts.

Technical Dyeing (TG) consists of concentrates of pigments and/or additives transmitted in a resin, already  dispersed for application of 100% in the process, that is, it concerns resin dyed in the color and additization required.
